Research suggests that short, regular practice can help steady your internal clock (how evenly you hold a beat, and how small a change in speed you can feel), though results vary from person to person. A new puzzle arrives every day, the same for everyone, so timing practice becomes a quick, shareable habit instead of a chore.
The whole site is privacy-first by design. There is no account to create, nothing to install, and nothing you do ever leaves your device. A Personal Pass simply adds optional progress tracking (trends over time and data export) while our teacher and school tools turn any game into a one-link assignment, with no student accounts and zero student data.
